How it began

My journey with yoga began over twenty years ago and has been a path of continuous discovery, healing, insight, and awakening.

My early studies were shaped by my practice in Montreal, where I first felt the profound connection between breath, movement, and heat. It was something both deeply accessible and deeply cleansing. My teacher Dina’s compassionate guidance, and the warm and inclusive studio she built, taught me that yoga is a space of compassion, renewal, discipline, and community. I have been trying to build rooms like that one ever since.

Later, I spent several months immersed in Ashtanga study by the jungle and ocean in the Yucatán, weaving Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Yin with Qi Gong. Surrounded by the elements, I was introduced to an integrative and transformational approach, one that bridges movement, breath, and alignment with the natural world and the greater rhythms of the cosmos. There I was initiated into a deeper awareness of energetic intelligence, subtle body activation, and yoga as a channel for something far larger than the self.

The threads I carry

My practice integrates yogic tradition, indigenous wisdom, Eastern and Western astrology, energy healing, and Christian mysticism. It is shaped by apprenticeships, trainings, and initiations with master teachers, healers, and lineage holders across many traditions, cultures, and lands.

I am a master Reiki facilitator and a Structural Energy Awakening bodywork practitioner. My work is deeply influenced by energy healing, Vedic astrology, and natural law. I teach from a place of subtle awareness and sacred presence, with an earnest desire to be a clear channel for Source.

With years of ongoing study, embodied practice, and daily teaching, my approach is guided by direct experience, devotion, and surrender. I have spent countless hours in movement, breath, and subtle body practice, deepening through self-inquiry, energetic refinement, holding space for others, earnest seeking, discernment, and prayer.

Leaving one life for another

Before all of this, I spent years in technology, leading teams and building things I was genuinely proud of. It was a good career, and I was good at it.

Then I left it to follow what felt like a truer calling.

I know the particular doubt that lives inside a threshold like that: the way it asks you to keep walking before the ground has appeared. It is part of why helping people find their dharma has become one of the great joys of my life. Whatever transition you find yourself standing at, whatever calling is asking something of you, you do not have to stand there alone.

What I've built

I created Anahata Yoga & Wellness as a space for deep practice, self-inquiry, and transformation. It is a place in the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains where yoga is not only studied but lived.

From that studio grew The Anahata Method: a modern evolution of Ashtanga yoga woven together with energy healing and astrology, grounded in contemporary movement science. It is a way of tending the body, energy field, and timing of a life all at once, because no dimension of a person flourishes in isolation.

Over the years, Anahata has also become a school of the healing arts and sciences. Through our 200-hour teacher training and energy healing certifications, I have become a teacher of teachers. The training is rooted in lineage, embodiment, and deep self-awareness, so those who feel called to teach, heal, and guide can do so with real skill beneath them.

What all of it is for

None of this is the point on its own. The studio, method, and trainings exist to serve one thing: helping a person come home to their True Self and live from there.

That looks different for everyone. Sometimes it is a body that finally feels vital and capable again. Sometimes it is a nervous system that can rest. Sometimes it is clarity about a decision that has been circling for months, or the courage to begin something you have been quietly carrying. Often it is simply joy, the ordinary, radiant kind that returns when the noise settles.

Whatever brought you here, my work is to walk alongside you while you find it.

Ways we can work together

Different doorways, one intention: to help you unlock your purpose, your joy, and your own light.

One to one

Private sessions in personalized yoga, energy healing, or astrology, at the studio, online, or brought to your home. Time set aside for you and whatever is arising.

Together, in a group

Experiences designed for your people: a circle of friends, a family celebration, or a team that needs to breathe. Yoga, sound healing, energy work, meditation, or astrology, shaped around the occasion.

In training

For those called to teach, heal, and guide: 200-hour yoga teacher training, energy healing certification, and one-to-one mentorship. I also bring trainings to communities beyond Felton.

On retreat

A few times a year, a small circle gathers somewhere beautiful for practice, healing, rest, and the kind of unhurried time that changes people.

It is an honor to walk alongside you on this path of devotion, inner awakening, and joyful expansion.

Love & Namasté, Victoria
